A complete guide to the Park: its organization, culture (the life and activities of men on this mountain, with special attention for hydroelectric generation stations), history (the explorations of the Adamello Mountain and the "White War") and nature (geology, flora and fauna).
Several itineraries are described: nine excursions (among which the "Alta Via dell'Adamello", requiring four or five days), two historical itineraries dedicated to the White War, and four artistic itineraries.
